The role involves overseeing workshop activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience or be a pump/motor specialist aiming for a management role.

This position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with Health & Safety documentation. Additional skills such as dynamic balancing and laser alignment are favorable.
