Product Manager – Telematics
Location: Bexhill/Leicester/London – Hybrid

Role Overview
The role focuses on leading new product development to enhance customer experience and maintain market leadership, driving test‑and‑learn culture, developing marketing strategies, digitalising journeys, ensuring product value, managing backlog, working with change programmes, and acting as a key IT contact.
Responsibilities
- Lead new product development to improve customer experience and stay ahead of market trends.
- Drive a culture of test and learn in digital, proposition and product to maximise click‑to‑sale and minimise post‑sale cancellations.
- Explore and develop new marketing strategies that drive acquisition through less traditional channels such as social media and influencer marketing.
- Develop a good understanding of platforms and systems to represent requirements appropriately using user stories, delegating day‑to‑day management.
- Explore ways to digitalise parts of the journey to maximise customer experience and reduce the need for human interaction.
- Ensure product changes deliver value for customers and users, challenging stakeholders on value against other backlog items.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritise against business goals with stakeholders, and ensure needs are understood.
- Work with the change programme to provide tools and people needed to deliver objectives.
- Develop core propositions to attract key segments.
- Use MI to power decisions and identify key opportunities.
- Ensure product and customer journey complies with all relevant regulations and guidelines, acting on governance actions.
- Take part in all aspects of Telematics to support overall objectives.
- Act as the key IT contact, including out‑of‑hours support for high‑priority items that affect selling or servicing.
