Product Owner

We’re working with a large, established digital financial services organisation seeking a Product Owner to support the evolution of a core customer-facing platform.

This role focuses on delivering cohesive product experiences across multiple systems, working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product backlog aligned to business and customer outcomes
• Translate complex requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features
• Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones across workstreams
• Ensure consistent user experience and product quality across platform changes

Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Product Owner within fintech, payments, or financial services
• Background working on platform change, system integration, or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum or similar frameworks)
• Comfortable working with technical teams and complex system landscapes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
