Job Description:
Housing co is seeking a Compliance Assistant to support landlord health and safety compliance for over 5000 homes across Scotland. The role includes coordinating compliance services and inspections, managing data, and ensuring effective communication with the Property Services teams.
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of health and safety legislation and a keen attention to detail. The position offers a full-time commitment at 34.5 hours per week, with a hybrid working model, based in Bellshill and other locations.
Salary ranges from £32,686 to £34,407 upon successful probationary completion.
