The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting Production Line Operatives for our client’s busy manufacturing site. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

Pay & Working Hours
- Monday: 06:00 – 18:00
- Tuesday: 06:00 – 14:00
- Wednesday: Day off
- Thursday: 06:00 – 18:00
- Friday: 06:00 – 18:00
- 40 hours per week
- 1 hour break per day
- £12.47 per hour

Job Overview
As a Production Line Operative, duties may include:
- Operating semi-automated production machines
- Handling chemicals as part of the manufacturing process
- Pouring chemicals into machines
- Loading and unloading PCB boards in and out of chemical machine tanks
- Operating machines to rout finished circuit boards
- Supporting testing and inspection processes
- Processing panels during the fill stage
- Maintaining quality standards and following health & safety procedures
Full training will be provided, and successful candidates may be offered permanent positions after a successful trial period.
