CNC Operator

We are looking for an experienced and skilled CNC operator to join our friendly, sociable team on a permanent, full-time basis. The position provides excellent working conditions, including a heated and ventilated workshop, super-efficient extraction, free on‑site parking, and good hourly paid remuneration.

Our normal working hours are 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. Overtime is often available, especially during busy periods.

Pay and Hours

Pay: £14.00–£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Essential Requirements

• Min of 3 years of experience programming and operating a 3‑axis CNC router
• Experience in machining MDF, plywood, and melamine‑faced boards
• An eye for detail
• A disciplined approach to the routine maintenance of the machine
• Good housekeeping
• Strong communication with other team members
• Good time keeping
• A can‑do attitude and a desire to become an essential part of the team

Experience

• Joinery: 2 years (preferred)
• Multi‑head 3‑axis CNC: 2 years (required)
