The Opportunity

This role offers more than a traditional step forward. You will work closely with an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner on:

  • Complex, high-value disputes
  • Multi-jurisdictional matters
  • Strategically significant client issues

You will play an active role in shaping legal strategy, managing matters, and building direct client relationships from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of high-quality commercial disputes
  • Advising on:
  • Commercial contract disputes
  • Shareholder and corporate disputes
  • Injunctions and urgent applications
  • Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters
  • Insolvency-related and regulatory disputes
  • Running matters from initial instruction through to resolution
  • Working directly with clients, directors, and key stakeholders
  • Contributing to strategic decision-making on complex disputes
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
