Behaviour Support TA – 1:1 & Small-Group Coaching

Academics in Thatcham is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support students with behavioural challenges. This role involves working 1:1 and in small groups, providing emotional help, and encouraging positive behaviour.
