Family Nurse: Early Parenthood Support Lead

East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust is looking for a full-time permanent Family Nurse to join the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Family Nurse Partnership programme. You will support vulnerable, hard-to-reach young mothers during their first pregnancy.
