Job Description:

The Role

As a Client Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in empowering businesses by working with existing clients of Citation Group and our sister companies, where there is a large opportunity to grow accounts and deliver real value.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle from discovery conversations and identifying needs through to objection handling, closing deals, and managing your pipeline.

  • Engage with existing clients across Citation Group and sister companies to understand business needs and challenges
  • Build trusted relationships and become a valued advisor
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our service portfolio
  • Deliver consultative, solution‑led sales conversations
  • Handle objections confidently and close deals effectively
  • Manage pipeline activity and forecasting through CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes

What You’ll Be Selling

With multiple products, a large existing client base, and significant cross‑sell potential, there is a lot to go at and strong earning opportunity for high performers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Confident communicator with strong objection handling and closing skills
  • Consultative, client‑focused approach to selling
  • Organised, driven, and comfortable using CRM systems
  • Motivated by commission, targets, and progression
