As the SVP of Product for WPP Media Solutions
You will be a strategic translator. You possessthe unique ability to partner with our Global Media Solutions team and key regional solutions markets, deeply understand their business priorities, and translate their commercial strategies into a future‑facing, AI‑driven product vision and roadmap. You thrive in a “dual‑horizon” mindset. You have the operational discipline to ensure our current product suites are successfully deployed and evolved to sustain ongoing commercial success, while simultaneously pioneering next‑generation, agentic, and machine learning‑driven capabilities that will propel our solutions into the AI Era. You are an expert at navigating complex, fast‑moving global environments, partnering effortlessly across product, engineering, data science, and commercial functions. Your industry network is strong, your understanding of AdTech financials is sharp, and you are deeply passionate about leveraging data and intelligence to shape the future of media products.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Translate Global Strategy to Product Vision: Partner closely with the Global Media Solutions team and key solutions markets to understand their local and global business priorities, translating their commercial needs into a unified, future‑facing product plan.
- Propel WMS into the AI Era: Formulate and execute an ambitious, AI‑driven product strategy that integrates predictive intelligence, automation, and machine learning into the core of our media solutions.
- Balance Evolution & Innovation: Seamlessly look across all business requirements to sustain current commercial success by ensuring existing product suites are deployed and evolved, while simultaneously ideating and building the future product portfolio.
- Lead the Product Management function for WPP Media Solutions, building and mentoring a team of 4–6 Product Managers.
- Develop differentiated products for WMS, driving increased adoption across WPP Media clients.
Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration
- Partner with Product leaders of Open Intelligence, Data Products, and the CPO of WPP Data & Technology Solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the SVP, Product Strategy (Data & Intelligence), SVP, Engineering (WPP Media Solutions), and VP, Data Science (WPP Media Solutions).
- Full partnership with and accountability to the Global Media Solutions team, including Solutions Design and Innovation and Business Strategy.
- Work with Revenue partners at global, regional, and national levels.
- Own the Product roadmap for WPP Media Solutions, prioritizing against business goals and outcomes (adoption and net revenues).
- Ideate on future differentiated capabilities across WPP Media, in collaboration with the Global Media Solutions team.
- Use Data & Intelligence capabilities to achieve a high degree of outcomes predictability.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 15+ years of experience in AdTech Product Management.
- Deep understanding of programmatic ad management and agentic ad management standards.
- Advanced knowledge in agentic technology and machine learning concepts (especially in AdTech/Martech).
- Strong understanding of AdTech/Programmatic financials.
- Industry network across AdTech companies, Ad Platforms, and Media Owners.
- Basic understanding of AI Technology, AI Embeddings, and applied utilization in AdTech.
- Experience in the US market.
- Knowledge of agency workflows is a plus.
