We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team in Birmingham. This role plays a vital part in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our luxury metal products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and performance.

Commutable from Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Willenhall, Aston, Solihull, Moseley, Minworth, Tamworth, Stourbridge, Dudley, Aldridge and Bournville.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands on inspection and test of products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
  • Monitor manufacturing processes using SOPs and implement corrective actions where required
  • Create, maintain, and update quality documentation, including inspection procedures and test plans
  • Root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventative action plans
  • Working cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and improve processes
  • Train team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practice

Qualifications

  • Quality Assurance experience from within a manufacturing industry sector background
  • Previous experience of inspection and test
  • Experience of Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of SAP would be useful but not essential
  • An understanding of manufacturing processes
  • A strong desire to make a difference and motivated to make an impact
