Senior Project Manager

I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of high‑profile strategic projects and transformation initiatives.

This is a senior role operating at executive stakeholder level, responsible for delivering complex, institution‑wide programmes that drive organisational change, improve operational effectiveness, and support long‑term strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading large‑scale projects and business transformation programmes from inception to delivery
• Developing integrated roadmaps, project plans, business cases, and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Building strong relationships with senior leaders, sponsors, and cross‑functional teams
• Driving continuous improvement and embedding best‑practice project management approaches
• A recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent)
• Proven experience delivering complex strategic projects and programmes
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and change management expertise
• Experience managing significant project budgets and enterprise‑scale initiatives
• Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical skills
