Senior Classification Testing Lead — Soil Lab

Fugro is seeking a Team Leader for Classification Testing based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire. In this role, you will supervise a dedicated lab team to ensure high standards in quality, safety, and efficiency for infrastructure and environmental projects.

Your responsibilities include leading the team, conducting testing, championing QA/QC processes, and facilitating collaboration across departments. A bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering is required along with prior experience in soil testing and team management. The position offers a full-time schedule on-site.
