Are you a dedicated and motivated Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary seeking a new role with a leading Private Practice Law Firm?

Our esteemed client is a well‑established, multi‑office firm that offers a full range of legal services across the East Midlands. They pride themselves on a welcoming environment, professional collaboration and numerous accreditations.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting conveyancing fee earners and Solicitors with any administrative tasks related to property transactions
  • Managing correspondence, emails, and telephone calls, and responding to queries promptly
  • Drafting documents, including contracts, completion statements, and forms
  • Organising and maintaining files and documents
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties involved
  • Providing a high standard of customer service and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Assisting with general office duties to include photocopying, scanning, and filing as well as reception cover
  • Proficiency in using legal case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload accordingly

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and terminology
  • Proficiency in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
