In your new role as a Driver/Cleaner (Car Parks), you will drive from your base at Heathrow to several APCOA Multi‑Story car parks across Heathrow Airport during your shift. Upon arriving at each car park, you and your colleague will work together to clean all designated areas, including stairwells, lift lobbies, lifts, pedestrian walkways, payment machine areas, entrance and exit points, welfare facilities, offices, smoking shelters, bin stations, and the general car park environment. Duties will also include litter picking, emptying bins, removing debris, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the car parks before moving on to the next location.

You will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order whilst meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning areas, understand when work needs to be carried out, and become familiar with all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on site whilst following Health and Safety requirements. You will be required to successfully complete all training necessary to undertake the role.

You will work as part of a team whilst also being able to use your own initiative. You will build positive and productive working relationships with customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek opportunities to continuously improve standards and exceed expectations.

To be successful in this role, you will need the ability to communicate and read basic English. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, and you should have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self‑driven, and determined, as well as reliable, hardworking, and professional in your attitude.
