As a Membership Advisor for the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), you’ll run your own sales business backed by a trusted national organisation that’s been supporting UK small businesses for over 50 years.

You’ll be your own boss with your own schedule, but you’ll have our support every step of the way.

- Build and execute a smart territory plan.
- Generate referrals, manage your pipeline and close deals.

- Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads effectively.
What you’ll bring
- Self-motivation, resilience and drive.
- A willingness to learn and develop.
- Confidence in building relationships with small business decision‑makers.
- Full UK driving licence.
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred, helpful but not essential).
