Job purpose
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the accurate and efficient replenishment, ferrying and bulk storage control within the Willenhall depot. You will undertake normal Warehouse Operative activities such as the assembly and/or loading of customers’ orders. We are seeking motivated, friendly, hard‑working individuals who thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Accurate assembly of customer orders
- Loading goods onto cages and/or packing goods into crates in a safe, stable and manageable manner
- Accurate marking and storage of assembled orders awaiting dispatch
- Driving of machinery in a warehouse controlled environment

Key knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications required
- Numerate and literate
Desirable but not essential
- Full Driving licence
- Reach/counterbalance FLT licence
- Warehousing and distribution experience
- NVQ2 Storage and Warehousing desired but not essential as training is provided
