EWI Site Manager for Social Housing Decarbonisation

WATES is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the Planned Maintenance team in Northampton. This role involves delivering a social housing decarbonisation programme focused on External Wall Insulation (EWI) across low-rise residential blocks.

The Site Manager will take responsibility for managing site teams and ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of works. Candidates should have substantial experience in social housing projects and a strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
