Chelmsford College is looking for an exceptional Inclusion and Independence Coach to work with young people in its Bespoke Provision. The role is part-time, requiring 29 hours of work per week, and is aimed at supporting and empowering young individuals.

The ideal candidate should have a GCSE in English and Maths (grades 4-9) or an equivalent qualification. The position highlights strong commitments to equality, diversity, and the welfare of children and young people.

The role is based at Chelmsford College and offers an actual salary of £16,390.29.
