Catering Assistant, Brookside Garden Centre

We are looking for a Part Time Permanent Catering Assistant to join the team in our Restaurant in BrooksideGarden Centre.

Our competitive rates of pay range from £10.40 to £12.75 per hour dependent on age.

The hours for this role are 20 per week over 3 days. All positions include weekend working so flexibility is a must.

The Role

As aCatering Assistant, you have the responsibility to support the kitchen team in preparing fabulous meals to order for our customers.

What you will be doing as aCatering Assistant

• Support in all areas of food production working with fresh ingredients.
• Preparing hot and cold snacks and deli items on order.
• Carry out food preparation checks in line with food hygiene safety standards.
• Cleaning of all back of house and kitchen preparation areas and equipment.
• Closing back of house area each day to company standards.
