Senior Dementia Reablement Support Worker

Cheshire East Council is seeking a permanent Grade 6 Senior Support Worker for 30 hours per week in Crewe. You will join the Dementia Reablement team, providing critical short-term support to individuals diagnosed with dementia.

This role offers a competitive salary between £28,598 and £31,022 per annum pro rata, with guaranteed yearly pay increases, along with enhanced annual leave, and other attractive benefits.
