You will lead the development of a long-term People Technology strategy, balancing innovation with robust BAU delivery, while embedding governance, improving data quality, and maximising system capability. This includes leading a roadmap covering areas such as payroll transformation, AI adoption (Joule), enterprise service management, and wider system integration.

This role requires a highly credible leader who can bring clarity to complex environments, build high-performing teams, and confidently challenge, influence, and guide senior stakeholders. • Own and deliver the People Technology ecosystem, ensuring scalable, integrated solutions across SuccessFactors and wider systems
  • Define and execute a clear technology roadmap, aligning priorities, dependencies, risks, and resources
  • Lead transformation initiatives including payroll migration, AI enablement (Joule), and enterprise service management rollout

  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, confidently engaging and influencing at Executive and Board level

  • Provide clarity, structure, and momentum in a complex, evolving environment, balancing transformation with BAU delivery
  • Work cross-functionally with Digital Services, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver cohesive solutions
  • Significant experience leading People Technology / HR Systems functions in complex organisations

  • Proven track record delivering HR systems transformation and optimisation at scale
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and enterprise delivery environments

  • Demonstrable ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, including Executive-level audiences
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
  • Experience embedding governance, data integrity, and position management disciplines
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-focused outcomes
