The Role
- Divorce and separation matters.
- High‑value financial remedy proceedings.
- Private children law disputes.
- Cohabitation and TOLATA matters.
- Pre‑nuptial and post‑nuptial agreements.
- Complex relationship breakdown and asset protection matters.
- Advising high‑net‑worth individuals, business owners and professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
- Deliver exceptional client care and build long‑term client relationships.
- Mentor and support junior members of the team where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider national family department.
- Participate in business development, networking and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute towards the continued growth and success of the Manchester office.
