A Top 100 UK law firm is looking to appoint a Managing Associate Family Solicitor to join its highly regarded Manchester Family team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a national firm with an outstanding reputation, working within a close‑knit team of 6 whilst benefiting from the support, resources and referral network of a much larger organisation.

The Role

  • Divorce and separation matters.
  • High‑value financial remedy proceedings.
  • Private children law disputes.
  • Cohabitation and TOLATA matters.
  • Pre‑nuptial and post‑nuptial agreements.
  • Complex relationship breakdown and asset protection matters.
  • Advising high‑net‑worth individuals, business owners and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
  • Deliver exceptional client care and build long‑term client relationships.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the team where appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider national family department.
  • Participate in business development, networking and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute towards the continued growth and success of the Manchester office.
