Heavy Plant Fitter

Proactive Personnel ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Heavy Plant Fitter / Farm Mechanic for our client based in Wolverhampton.

To be considered for this role, you must be a time – served fitter / mechanic and be based around the WV area or within a commutable distance.

You will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a wide range of agricultural and plant machinery.

You will be attending breakdowns, completing scheduled servicing and routine maintenance.

Machinery Fleet Includes

• Tractors, harvesters, and sprayers
• Trailers and agricultural implements
• JCB telehandlers and forklifts
• Moffett’s and lorries
• Various other agricultural and plant machinery

What’s on offer:

• Competitive salary of £50,000 – £60,000 per year (doe). To achieve the higher salary bracket, you must be able to demonstrate competency across all aspects of the role.
