Job Title: Experienced Logistics Coordinator

Location: West Edinburgh

Role Type: Permanent

As an Experienced Logistics Coordinator at Honeywell in West Edinburgh, you will be responsible for the efficient running and processing of the Material & Logistics department, working alongside one other. You will manage shipping of cutting‑edge defence and space products to world‑renowned customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Pack, stock, organize and rearrange products in warehouse, in a neat and clean manner.
  • Organise and maintain records of inventories, as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes.
  • Monitor and manage inventory control, including stock control.
  • Manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading of products, ensuring delicate and sensitive products are handled with utmost care.
  • Process production orders and all other material/component requests to factory.

Key Skills And Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within a stores environment.
  • Proven competence in a similar role within a warehouse environment.
  • Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory and distribution.
  • Full and permanent right to work in the UK without the future need for sponsorship.
  • Resides within an easy commute to our West Edinburgh site.
  • Experience with an ERP system.
