Qualifications

• Hands‑on mechanical and electrical vehicle diagnostics, including root cause analysis.
• Problem solving through diagnostic software including specialist diagnostic software – OEM VCATS and Corvus, CANalyser, Snapshot tool for fault finding and software updates.
• Support progress of vehicles through Off Track Divert Points.
• Issue Management capability.
• Automotive electrical system knowledge.
• Hunter Wheel Alignment (Desirable).
