Sales Assistant – Full Time – Partick

Position

Store Colleague – full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, located at Partick. Flexible schedule required from Monday to Sunday.

Remuneration

Starting rate £12.75 per hour (£24,863 per annum). After completion of full training, rate increases to £13.44 per hour. Potential discretionary bonuses up to £2,000 per year based on Key KPI performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Assist customers with pawnbroking, retail sales and financial product services.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
• Work collaboratively with the team to exceed sales targets.
• Handle transactions accurately and securely.
• Multilingual skills are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in people, strong sense of integrity, and willingness to learn. Experience in pawnbroking is not required; full training will be provided.
