Salary £28,142 – £32,061, Per annum | Permanent, Full Time | Pro Rata

We’re looking for Community Resilience Workers (Outreach) to join the Children and Family Wellbeing Service and support families in our Family Hubs and in the community, a role where every day brings the chance to make a meaningful, lasting impact.

Working flexibly across Lancashire’s Family Hubs, community venues, and through outreach, you’ll connect with families who may not otherwise access support, helping them stabilise, grow and thrive.

What you’ll do

  • Build trusted, respectful relationships with families
  • Provide practical, hands‑on support when it’s needed most
  • Deliver engaging group sessions and drop‑ins
  • Work alongside partners to create a joined‑up, accessible support network

You’ll directly help families overcome barriers, build resilience and improve outcomes for children and young people.
