Sport and Behaviour Support – Slough. The school is looking for a Sport and Behaviour Support Worker to kick‑start as soon as possible. The role involves supporting students in personalised intervention plans, creating a fun learning environment, providing support to the classroom teacher, facilitating sport‑related activities, encouraging children to excel, managing classroom behaviour, and promoting healthy coping strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support students with personalised intervention plans
- Facilitate a fun and friendly learning environment
- Provide support to the class teacher
- Support students with sport related activities and interventions
- Encourage children to do their best
- Help manage classroom behaviour
- Support and encourage healthy coping strategies
Qualifications
- Calm and compassionate
- Initiative and problem‑solving skills
- Experience working with children (desirable, not essential)
- Patience and ability to support learners with additional learning needs
- Understanding of safeguarding in schools
- Enhanced DBS Check or willingness to apply
- Right to live/work in the UK (if no DBS certificate, application support available)

- Location: Slough
- Pay: £90‑£110 per day
- Employment type: Term time only
- Start: ASAP or September
