We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Disability Support Worker to join our vibrant team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients based in the Hertfordshire area.
Shift Pattern
- Day shifts
- Monday to Thursday: 10am – 2:15pm
- Friday: 10am – 2pm
- Flexibility required for ad hoc shifts
Additional requirements:
- Must like dogs
- Must have business insurance to carry patients in vehicles

Role requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working with learning disabilities in a health or social care setting
- Ability to attend swimming sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Must like dogs, as dog walking will be part of the role
- Friendly and able to interact effectively with clients
- Autism awareness
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Driving license preferred
