£34,359 – £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Role Summary

We’re looking for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class service to properties covering Rainham and surrounding areas.
• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs in all specialist trades and any secondary trades.
• Complete works efficiently and within required deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Reliable, experienced trade operative with skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen & bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring.
• Strong customer care skills.
• Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use only).
• Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
• Eligible to work in the UK; residence required in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
