Role at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London

As a Marketing & Communications Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:

  • Lead day‑to‑day press office activity and media enquiries across the hotel and restaurants.
  • Develop proactive media strategies aligned to commercial priorities across Rooms, F&B, Wellness and partnerships.
  • Build relationships with journalists, editors, broadcasters, influencers and key opinion leaders across luxury, travel, lifestyle and F&B.
  • Coordinate press visits, interviews, photoshoots, media hosting and influencer stays.
  • Develop integrated PR and communications plans for campaigns, partnerships, launches and seasonal activations.

To be a successful Marketing & Communications Manager candidate you will have strong organisational and multitasking skills, a keen eye for detail, excellent communication ability, and strong copywriting, editorial and storytelling capability.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have proven experience within luxury hospitality, luxury travel, lifestyle or in luxury PR/Communications environments and experience in producing campaign reporting, media analysis and communications summaries.
