Due to continued growth, we’re recruiting for a Product & Marketing Executive to join a fast growing luxury travel business. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in launching a new high‑end travel division, helping shape both the product offering and the brand’s market presence.

THE PRODUCT & MARKETING EXECUTIVE ROLE

This is a varied, high‑impact role combining product development and marketing responsibilities.

You’ll be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of luxury hotels, resorts and destination management companies across the globe, while also driving how those products are marketed through website content, campaigns and social media.

You’ll work on a major website project, support brand development, negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers and secure marketing contributions to maximise campaign performance. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership and help establish a new luxury travel proposition from the ground up.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Experience within a luxury tour operator or high‑end travel business
  • Strong knowledge of luxury hotels, resorts and destinations worldwide
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Content creation, website management and digital marketing experience
  • Social media management with a strong eye for luxury branding
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Understanding of SEO principles would be advantageous
