Financial Operations Coordinator

Are you someone who enjoys working with and processing figures? Happy working with Excel and various numerical databases? We are looking for a reliable and mathematically minded individual for a 12mth temporary contract. You’ll be part of a supportive team that prepares and processes accounting and payment transactions on both ledger and payment systems, so a good eye for accuracy and detail is a must.

Key Day‑to‑Day Duties

  • Processing payment transactions
  • Invoicing
  • Commission calculations
  • Reconciliations
  • Dealing with general queries raised across the business and external suppliers
  • Working to deadlines, especially at month end

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Proven background in financial administration within a business or commercial setting
  • Strong numeracy and a keen eye for accuracy and detail
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel – experience of pivot tables, Vlookup/Xlookup, and formulas would be ideal
  • Good communication skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • A self‑motivated approach and strong organisational skills
