Market Drayton, Shropshire 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights – 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maximise equipment reliability
• Responding to breakdowns efficiently, minimising downtime in a fast‑paced production environment
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and engineering upgrades
• Collaborating with operations to drive safety, quality and performance
• Supporting the installation, commissioning and integration of new equipment

What you’ll be working with

• Highly automated process and filling lines with advanced PLC systems
• High‑speed blow moulding and hygienic filling technology
• Multi‑axis robotic packaging systems
• One of the UK’s largest pallet cooling and transport systems
• Site‑wide infrastructure including:
• Combined Heat & Power (CHP)
• Advanced compressed air systems
• Sustainability and recycling technologies

What we’re looking for

• A time‑served Engineering Apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline
• Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong knowledge of reactive and preventative maintenance
• Experience working with automation, robotics or process equipment (desirable)A proactive approach with strong problem‑solving skills
• A team player committed to high safety and performance standards
