Work–Life Balance
- 4‑day work week
- One 11‑hour shift and three 9‑hour shifts (with a 1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Shifts starting at 8:30 a.m.
- Approximately one Saturday in five, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with a day off the week before or after
- No Sundays or out‑of‑hours shifts
- Bank holidays shared equally among the team
