Norwich City Football Development is looking for passionate and committed coaches to work in our Girls Development Centres. You’ll deliver high‑quality sessions, inspire young players, and play a vital role in identifying talent for the Norwich City Women’s pathway.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver age‑appropriate coaching for girls aged 8‑16
- Foster an environment that encourages confidence, skill development, and enjoyment
- Work closely with coordinators to spot and recommend talented players
- Promote the women’s and girls’ game in your local area
What We’re Looking For
- FA Level 1 / FA Level 2 / UEFA C (UEFA B preferred)
- FA Safeguarding & Emergency Aid qualifications (or willingness to complete)
- Coaches who are passionate about female football development
