Ideal Candidate
- Be compassionate, patient, and resilient, with a calm, nurturing, and positive attitude.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding and child welfare.
- Feel confident supporting pupils with personal care and mobility needs (full training provided).
- Have experience or a willingness to learn about sensory approaches, tailored interventions, and alternative communication strategies.
- Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in children’s lives.
