This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities* Manage daily dispatch operations using our preferred couriers* Print shipping labels, pack orders, and sort packages for dispatch* Send shipment confirmation emails to customers and clients* Handle same-day deadline confirmations and urgent enquiries* Monitor and control pre-alert emails* Respond to logistics and delivery-related enquiries* Maintain packaging supplies and replenish stock levels* Support the team with ad hoc operational duties as requiredSkills & Experience* Previous logistics, warehouse, or dispatch experience preferred* Strong organisational and communication skills* Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and email communication* Team player with a proactive attitude* Ability to lift and move packages when required**Location**London W1S**Salary**Salary is dependant on experience**To Apply**| || — || Please apply by sending your CV and a short covering letter detailing why you would be particularly suitable for this role by using the application form below. |#J-18808-Ljbffr…
