Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced fire safety advisor/risk assessor to join our growing Team. You will be part of a small team with responsibility for our nationwide clients.

• In this role you will work with on-site building managers to carry out fire safety audits and fire risk assessments and plan and implement fire safety measures.
• The work is very varied with different challenges every day and you will be responding to a range of reactive issues, investigating the cause and identifying appropriate solutions.

What we are looking for

• Fire Safety Certificate qualifications.
• Institute of Fire Engineers registered Fire Risk Assessor is desirable. (we will facilitate this fo rthe right candidate)
• Willing to work towards Level 3 & 4 Fire Safety Certificate
• Extensive practical experience of managing fire safety including the preparation and review of fire risk assessments and development of fire safety procedures.
• An enthusiastic, reliable and resourceful person with the ability to work on their own initiative, prioritising and managing their own workload effectively.
• Proficient ICT skills, including Microsoft Office and computerised databases.
