Production Operative

The Role

Fibrisol UK is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Factory Team as Production Operatives. This is an entry‑level role that offers hands‑on training across a variety of factory tasks, with a structured pay progression scheme based on skills development and job competency.

The Key Responsibilities

• Learn and perform a range of factory tasks, including:
  • Recipe Assembly
  • Ribbon Blends
  • Stacking and Labelling
  • Warehouse Operations
  • Blending Machine Operation
  • Packing Machine Operation
• Fortnightly wash‑down of machinery and equipment
• Work towards competency in each task to progress through the salary grading structure
• Follow Health and Safety, Food Safety, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors for continuous improvement

The Requirements

• Minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English
• Prior experience in a factory or warehouse setting is desirable but not essential
• Good time keeping
• Self‑motivated
• Willingness & ability to learn
• Strong work ethicMust be comfortable with manual labour and handling – this role is not for someone who cannot complete repetitive lifting tasks
