Production Operatives Needed – Skelmersdale (Immediate Start!)

Location: Skelmersdale (Pimbo Road area)

Pay Rates

• Day Shift: £12.96 per hour
• Shift Rate: £15.81 per hour
• Night Shift: £16.85 per hour

Working Hours

• Main Shift (Predominantly Days) – Monday to Thursday: 07:50 – 16:45, Friday: 07:50 – 12:10
• Additional Morning Shifts – Mon–Thurs 06:00 – 14:00; Fri 06:00 – 12:00
• Additional Lates – Mon–Thurs 13:55 – 22:00; Fri 13:00 – 16:35

Please note: This role is predominantly day shifts; however, flexibility is required to work alternative shift patterns on occasion (afternoons and lates).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Assembling and packing products to required standards
• Loading and unloading materials
• Working towards daily production targets
• Carrying out quality checks
• Supporting team members in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous production or packing experience is required
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and team player
• Comfortable working on your feet
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
• Basic computer skills (beneficial but not essential)
