Required Experience & Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in contact centre position highly desirable.
• A proven record in upselling products with existing customers.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to work both as a team and as an individual.
• Ability to work towards office targets and KPIs.
• The ability to use initiative and manage your time effectively.
• Strong self‑management skills.
• Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team.
• Knowledgeable on MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
