North Star in Thornaby-on-Tees is seeking a Customer Services Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for customers across various platforms. The role involves excellent communication skills, maintaining organisation, and proactively resolving customer enquiries.

This temporary position offers hybrid working with 28 hours per week and a salary range of £27,043 to £28,666 per annum (pro rata).
