Van Driver

Overview

Van Driver – £13.25 per hour. Our client in Cheltenham is looking to expand their team with additional van drivers due to continuous growth. This is a FULLTIME position.

The start times vary between 23:00 and 02:00 and the average shift will be 10 hours (4 shifts a week on a set rota).

Responsibilities

• Perform local deliveries of milk. Training will be provided in your first week and you will be paired with a driver experienced on these routes.
• Maintain good timekeeping to ensure all drops are completed.
• Work can be fast-paced; adapt to route demands and manage delivery schedules efficiently.
• After 12 weeks via agency, you will be offered a full-time contract and join our client on a permanent basis with a salary.

Pay and progression

• Nights – £13.25 per hour.
• Holiday accrues as annual leave.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s licence.
• Previous van driving experience is preferred.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
