Communication Support for Visually Impaired Students

Lighthouse Learning Trust is looking for a Communication Support Worker (Visual Impairment) in Southampton. This part-time, term-time position starts in September 2026, supporting students to engage fully in learning through specialized communication strategies.

With a salary of £22,084 actual, you will work 35 hours a week for 37 weeks a year. Ideal candidates will have experience working with visually impaired students and strong communication skills. An enhanced DBS check is required.
