Volunteer Opportunity: Head of Partnership Development
Join Our Grassroots Football Club and Make a Real Impact!
Are you passionate about grassroots sports and skilled in building business relationships? We’re looking for a voluntary Head of Partnership Development to help us grow our network of supporters and enhance the benefits we offer to our members.
About the Role:
As Head of Partnership Development, you’ll take the lead in on-boarding local and national businesses to offer exclusive discounts on goods and services to our growing community of club members. Your work will help us provide added value to our supporters while strengthening ties with the local business community.
- Identify and approach businesses aligned with our values
- Develop and manage partnerships that offer discounts or perks to our members
- Maintain a growing directory of partner offers
- Collaborate with the club’s media and community teams to promote partnerships
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and networking skills
- A proactive and professional approach to outreach
- Passion for grassroots football and community development
- Marketing, sales, or partnership experience a plus (but not essential)
- Remote-friendly (Manchester-based club, but you can work from anywhere)
- Flexible hours to fit around your other commitments
- Voluntary role — great for CV-building and making a difference locally
