These homes are dedicated to promoting stability, independence, and positive outcomes for children through high‑quality care and support.
We are looking to recruit Residential Support Workers on a day‑to‑day basis with the opportunity for long‑term positions for the right Residential Support Worker. The successful Residential Support Worker will support young people with daily routines, encourage positive behaviours, promote emotional wellbeing, and help create a safe and structured living environment. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including waking nights, is essential.

- Experience working with children or young people in a residential, care, or support setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with young people
