Job Responsibilities
As a Staff Nurse – Pre Assessment, you will:
- Perform venepuncture and interpret point‑of‑care test results.
- Take necessary actions based on test outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
- Uphold high customer service standards and Ramsay policies.
- Advocate for the Ramsay Way and provide patient‑focused care.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- NMC registration
- High clinical competence
- Knowledge of NICE guidelines
- Familiarity with point‑of‑care testing and blood transfusion/BARS guidelines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
